I ordered some fondant from this company (Direct4Crafts ltd) via amazon. After the estimated delivery date had passed and my item still had not arrived, I decided to contact Direct4Crafts ltd. Their customer service is appalling. They were not prepared to take ownership and resolve the issue for me-the customer. They wouldn't chase up the courier (even though it was sent recorded delivery), they were not prepared to send a replacement item out and then they stopped responding to my emails after the first couple of days of correspondence. I was then left with the inconvenience of having to buy this product elsewhere and claim a refund back through amazons buy safe guarantee. AVOID.
